The dual purpose features of the sturdy creasing channel cutter, SERVO MEGA FORM 3002, are the accurate milling of creasing channels on materials like Pressboard, Pertinax, vulcanised fibres and glass-hard textures and the measuring, verifying and record keeping of die measurement data. To achieve this dual purpose, the machine is equipped with a camera, a line generator, a monitor, a digital readout for the X-and Y-axis, an integrated RS 232 interface for the X-and Y-axis and a powerful heatless lamp to illuminate the working surface.
In addition to milling of the creasing counter channels, this machine also accurately measures cutting dies locked in their chase and also produces a hard copy report of the measured data. The SERVO MEGA FORM 3002 offers the capability to install in-register embossing dies off the diecutting machine site.
